The Clear Winner: Candidate & client attraction is the biggest challenge

Leading by a significant margin, candidate & client attraction is the top challenge for over half of the respondents. In the competitive recruitment market, attracting top talent and securing client contracts has been a constant struggle. The ongoing talent shortages across various industries, coupled with increasing client expectations, have made it more difficult than ever to place the right candidates in the right roles.
