Match Available Candidates To Shifts

In the quick fill shift section you can select shift details and add the number of staff required. Once you click ‘find candidates’, a list of available candidates for that client with the percentage match relevancy to the shift will appear. This saves so much time from going through the candidates individually.

Easily Find Shifts That Need Filling

In your calendar any shifts that stand out will be highlighted in different colours to indicate if a candidate has dropped out of a shift, is available for a shift or isn't available. This allows agencies to quickly edit shifts and update anything urgently if necessary.

Alert Candidates About Urgent Shifts

Once all available candidates have been selected for a shift, you can create and send a push notification directly from your shift manager hub to the candidates phone so shifts can be filled up quickly and effectively.
