Candidate Availability

A candidate can update their calendar in the app to indicate when they are available for shifts. This can be viewed and edited by the agency in the calendar when a shift is being assigned. Easily view which candidates are available for certain shifts by the filters on the calendar. Bulk assign candidates & clients efficiently.

Candidate Bulk Assign

Shifts can be bulk assigned to available candidates to save going through everyone individually. Shift types can be assigned to roles and push notifications will be sent to candidates' phones when they have been booked to a shift.

Client Bulk Assign

Agencies can select a location, role and shift type to see which clients are available with these shift requirements. Once selected, agencies can then bulk assign available clients with easy drag and drop so the client and roles can then be assigned to suitable candidates.
