The New Tool Delivers For The Care Sector 

The new care home management software delivers a staff management solution for residential homes, care homes, and providers of domiciliary care. The app is branded to be the individual company’s communication tool, and Rocket Healthcare has partnered with several companies to deliver the highest-quality services and features within the care home app.  

Partnering with TrustID, the UK’s top certified identity service provider (IDSP), the app ensures cost-effective and simple ‘right to work’ checks. It also enables quick reference completion and securely maintains the completed information, accessible only by the company. For new staff, the app provides quick onboarding, delivers e-onboarding packs, inductions, and training videos, and allows the legal signing of documents.  

The CRM element of the software incorporates numerous requested features, including shift management and rostering, holiday and absences management. The integrated purpose-built staff calendar reduces the need for spreadsheets, ensuring all team members know what is required of them, when and where. Furthermore, the incorporation of advanced geofencing technology means that staff can be automatically clocked in while time sheets are updated automatically when they use the app to clock out.
