Our aim was to deliver a public health based service across Rotherham from late pregnancy up to 19 years old and up to 25 years old for SEND. We aim to deliver the Healthy Child Programme, promote healthy lifestyles, provide advice and support for children and young people as well as their families and carers.

What challenges did you have in engaging with people?

We have historically had real challenges around community engagement as we have diverse population.

What are your results to date?

Although we are in the first stages of launching the app our health professionals and the digital lead team are excited that we are able to offer such an innovative digital product that is easy to access for all our community. So far families have been really pleased that we are providing an app that is uniquely designed specifically around every 0-19 aspect.

How would you describe the app to others?

The app is user friendly. It is extremely easy to navigate and interact with. The information held within the app is very informative, compliant and up to date.
