Employee Availability

An employee can update their availability in the calendar on the app to indicate when they can and cannot work, the employer decides whether to have this feature switched on or not. This can be viewed and edited by your company in the calendar when a shift or job is being assigned. It is easy to see which employees are available for certain shifts by filters on the calendar.

Employee Bulk Assign

Bulk assign shifts and or jobs to available employee saving time and hassle going through everyone individually. Once shifts are assigned a push notification can be sent to employees’ phones once they have been booked a shift or job.

Client Bulk Assign

To find available clients who meet specific shift requirements, simply choose a location, individual job, or shift type. Once you've made your selection, you can easily assign these clients in bulk by dragging and dropping them, and then assigning suitable employees to their respective roles.
